Two tire forums will be established at the district and national level.
Mobilize the facilitators prepared by SAGUN and SAMARPAN.
Prepare new facilitators if needed.
Relevant stakeholders including the policy makers will be involved in all the processes of the Program.
Appropriate strategies will be developed to cope with the current operating environment.
The Program will maintain enough flexibility in view of the current operating environment and also to have timely revision of advocacy plans based on the lessons learned.
Governance will be an integral part of the program. All the programs and activities of the program will be made transparent and periodic public auditing will be done with relevant stakeholders.
FECOFON Central Office and District Chapters will maintain two way accountability.
FECOFUN will take consultation and will share with National federation of irrigation and water users association (NFIWAN), Federation of Nepal Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FNCCI).
